Hello , my name is Diana I’ve been lashing for over two years , previously a master stylist at ALS . I wanted to go independent and allow myself to have the creative freedom to fulfill my clients needs . Along with creating a safe and fun space for you. Thank you for supporting me & being here . ✨Preparing for appointment✨ ✧.* Wash lashes & face before appt (NO mascara, oils or creams around eye) ✧.* No coffee/ caffeine before appointment (Caffeine causes eyes to flutter) ✧.* Arrive on time, I allow a 10minute grace period . Pls be aware I might have a client right after you and cannot go pass our schedule time ( I respect your time, please respect mine) ✧.* Be prepared to sit back and relax (Eyes must remain closed) ✧.* Come with an open mind and good energy 🤍 ✨Guest ✨ ✧.* We please ask for no extra guest. Children over the age of 13 are allowed to wait in the waiting area. ✨Payment Methods✨ ✧.* All payments may be in the form of cash, Zelle or If using card there is a 2.5% transaction fee. ✧.* All deposits are non refundable , they cover part of your app total .You will only pay amount remaining after service . ✧.* Deposits are requiere for new clients only ✨Cancellation//Rescheduling//No shows✨ ✧.* We have a 24hour policy notice. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment a day before your schedule app. ✧.* Anything past 24 hours will result in a 40% charge of service booked for (for new clients deposit will be lost as well) ✧.* Regarding no shows, they will result in a 40%charge of service (lost of deposit for new clients) ✧.* All new clients must pay deposits - preexisting clients get waived deposits but still get charge for same day cancellation or no show fee.
